General Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern use of the site operated by Green Feather Online Limited, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. By registering or using the site, you enter a binding agreement and must comply with all policies. The English version prevails in case of conflict.
1. Introduction

3. Player Responsibilities

4. Accounts
Only one account per user, household, device or payment method is allowed. Accounts created using VPNs or masking tools may be blocked. All registration details must be truthful and verified upon request.
5. Verification
The operator may request identity, address, payment proof, and source-of-funds documents at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in suspension, account closure or forfeiture of funds.
6–9. Funds, Deposits and Withdrawals
Accounts do not accrue interest. Deposits must come from legitimate personal funds. Withdrawals are subject to verification, limits, processing times, fees, and anti–money laundering controls. Chargebacks are prohibited.
10. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus use is subject to specific wagering rules. Violations such as multiple accounts, prohibited bets, or irregular play may result in voided winnings and account closure. Withdrawal of real funds before wagering completion voids the bonus balance.
11. Complementary Points
Points accumulate through wagering and may be converted to real funds subject to limits. Points expire after inactivity and may be voided in cases of rule violations.
12–14. Inactive Accounts & Closure
Inactive accounts may incur monthly fees. Dormant accounts are closed, and balances returned when possible. You may request closure; we may close accounts at our discretion when required for compliance or security.
15. Responsible Gaming
Tools include limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Attempts to bypass these measures may result in blocked accounts and forfeited funds.
16. Personal Information
Personal data is collected for service provision and regulatory compliance and may be shared with authorities or service providers when required. Users may request access to their data.
17–18. Support, Complaints & Disputes
Support is available via chat and email. Abusive behaviour may lead to account termination. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to eCOGRA or the Malta Gaming Authority.
19. Prohibited Activity
Prohibited actions include multi-accounting, collusion, payment fraud, bonus abuse, software manipulation, arbitrage, and use of automated tools. Violations may result in confiscation of funds and reporting to authorities.
20–22. Misuse, AML, IT Failures
Illegal use of the site is forbidden. Anti–money laundering controls apply. Technical failures may lead to refunds of affected wagers but not compensation beyond that.
23. Exceptional Circumstances
Errors in payouts, bonuses or odds may be corrected, including voiding bets. Mistaken credits must be reported and repaid. Server results are final.
24–25. Chat & Intellectual Property
Chat rooms are moderated and require lawful, non-abusive communication. Site content is protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or redistributed.
26–27. Legal Framework & Liability
Maltese law governs all disputes. Liability is limited to the value of net winnings. Users indemnify the operator for damages arising from violations of the Terms. The site is used at the player’s own risk.
