Responsible Gaming

Our core objective is to offer an online gaming environment that is entertaining, balanced and secure. As a licensed gaming operator, we are committed to promoting responsible behaviour and expect all players to use our products in a measured way.

Spending more money than you can comfortably afford, or remaining on the site longer than planned, can lead to serious issues. Keeping control of your play and setting clear boundaries helps reduce these risks.

Self-Assessment

If you are unsure whether your gambling habits are becoming problematic, review the questions below and see how many apply to you:

  • Have you ever missed work, studies or other important commitments because of gambling?
  • Have you neglected daily tasks or responsibilities due to time spent gambling?
  • Has gambling caused tension, arguments or unhappiness in your home life?
  • Has your gambling negatively affected how others see you?
  • Have you lied about how much time or money you spend on gambling?
  • Have you ever gambled in order to pay off debts or to solve financial problems?
  • After losing, do you feel a strong need to return quickly to try to win back what you lost?
  • After winning, do you feel a strong urge to keep playing to win even more?
  • Do you often continue to gamble until you have no money left?
  • Have you borrowed money or sold belongings to fund your gambling?
  • Has gambling led you to ignore your own wellbeing or the wellbeing of your family?
  • Have you ever considered or committed an illegal act to obtain money for gambling?
  • Do arguments, stress, frustration or disappointment trigger an urge to gamble?

The more questions you answer with “yes”, the higher the chance that gambling has become a problem. Below you will find an overview of the tools we provide to help you stay in control, as well as information about independent organisations that can offer further guidance and support.

Responsible Gaming Tools

We offer several built-in tools that allow you to manage your activity on our site. These features help you set limits, monitor your play and, if necessary, block your own access for a period of time. All tools are designed in line with regulatory requirements and good practice in responsible gaming.

Details of each tool are listed below. You can usually activate or adjust them in your account settings or by using the relevant links on the site. In addition, our customer support team can assist with configuration on request.

Set Limits

An essential part of responsible gaming is understanding how much money you are comfortable spending and what level of potential loss you are prepared to accept.

Deposit, bet and loss limits help you stick to these boundaries and avoid overspending.

On our site you can define:

  • Deposit limits
  • Wager limits
  • Loss limits

Each type of limit can be set on a daily basis (reset every 24 hours), as well as weekly or monthly.

You can adjust these limits at any time. Making a limit stricter (for example, lowering an amount) takes effect immediately. Making a limit less strict (for example, raising or removing it) will only apply after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To configure or update limits on your account, use the appropriate option in your profile or the limits page.

Reality Check

It is easy to lose track of time while playing online. To help you maintain awareness of how long you are active on the site, we provide a reality check feature.

With this option enabled, a notification appears at regular intervals, reminding you of your current session duration and giving you the chance to continue or log out.

You can turn on or modify the reality check within your account settings.

Time Out

If you feel you need a short break from gambling, you can request a Time Out. During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to log in or place bets until the chosen Time Out period has expired.

Once the Time Out ends, your account will be unlocked automatically and normal access will be restored.

You may contact customer support to request an early removal of a Time Out, but a 7-day cooling-off period will apply. Your account will then be reactivated on the original Time Out expiry date or after the 7-day period, whichever occurs first.

If you need to withdraw funds while your account is on Time Out, you can arrange this by contacting the customer support team.

To activate a Time Out, use the relevant option in your account or contact support.

Self-Exclusion

For longer or more serious breaks, you can choose Self-Exclusion. This allows you to block access to your account for an extended fixed period or indefinitely.

When the Self-Exclusion period finishes, your account will be automatically reactivated, and access will be restored unless local regulations require additional checks.

You may request an early removal of a Self-Exclusion, but a 7-day cooling-off period will apply. In such cases, the account will reopen either on the original end date or at the end of the 7-day period, depending on which date comes first.

While you are self-excluded, your details will be removed from our marketing communications lists for the duration of the exclusion. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for all systems and mailing lists to be fully updated.

Self-Exclusion can usually be requested through your account tools or via customer support.

Important Information

The tools described above are offered to help you regulate your activity. They are only effective if you respect them and do not try to bypass or undermine the restrictions you have put in place.

Please keep in mind:

  • Limits, Time Outs and Self-Exclusions are applied per site. If you use more than one of our brands and wish to exclude yourself or set limits on all of them, you must request this for each site individually. If you contact customer support, clearly indicate which sites should be covered.
  • Do not attempt to open new accounts in order to avoid existing limits or exclusions. Our Terms and Conditions allow only one account per site. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in closure of the accounts and other consequences.
  • We apply technical and procedural measures to detect and block duplicate accounts. However, if you manage to open an additional account that is not immediately identified, you remain responsible for informing us. That account will then be handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests sent to customer support will be processed as quickly as reasonably possible. Consider a tool active only after you have received confirmation from our team that it has been applied.

Additional Measures

In addition to using the responsible gaming tools on our site, further steps can help you maintain control over your gambling behaviour:

  • Contact a professional support organisation such as Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy for advice, counselling or peer support.
  • Use third-party software to block or limit access to gambling content, such as Net Nanny, GamBlock or GamBan.
  • Request exclusion from all online gambling operators where you currently hold an account, if such schemes are available in your jurisdiction.
  • Unsubscribe from gambling-related newsletters, mailing lists, social media feeds and forums that may trigger an urge to play.

Underage Gambling

It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or gamble on our site. We apply reasonable verification procedures to confirm that all players are of legal age and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

Parental and guardian involvement is essential in preventing underage access to gambling services. We recommend the following measures to protect minors in your household:

  • Assess the risks of underage gambling before providing children with devices such as computers, tablets or mobile phones that can access the internet.
  • Install filtering or blocking software such as Net Nanny, GamBlock, GamBan or similar solutions (for example, services promoted by Better Internet for Kids) to restrict access to gambling sites.
  • Do not leave children unattended near devices that are logged in or can easily access gambling platforms.
  • Do not leave your casino or betting account open and unattended on any device.
  • Protect your login credentials. Avoid using the “remember password” function in your browser for gambling accounts, and always log out when you finish playing.
  • Keep payment cards out of reach of minors and do not share bank details or e-wallet access with them.
